Deliverables include (but are not limited to) design documents
through complete Technical Data Packages (TDP) to support
full-rate production
of systems in low quantity
to high volume rates.
Hardware is available from prototypes through large volume production runs
with manufacturing and test support provided upon request. Experience with domestic and
off-shore manufacturers.
FIRESETS:
High power firesets for initiating Exploding Bridge Wires (EBW's) and Exploding Foil Initiators (EFI's). Long lifetime operating systems or low cost, single shot systems, AC or DC powered for commercial or military applications. Design of military fuze electronics for the initiation of EBW's and EFI's for ordnance systems with high shock and vibration environments (100 KG's).
SHOCK/VIBRATION HARDENING:
The design and packaging of existing electronics for high shock and vibration
environments for
avionics, military and commercial applications.
THERMAL ELECTRIC COOLERS (TECC'S):
Custom Thermal Electric Cooler Controllers (TECC's) designs with linear and switch-mode
operation in uni-directional and bi-directional operations. All products can be
designed to be
environmentally hardened for custom applications to include DoD, Aerospace, Industrial,
and low
cost commercial applications.
